I love baking and am passionate about making cakes full of flavour. I've put together a mouthwatering collection of heavenly cake flavours to compliment the high quality design of your wedding or celebration cakes.

You are welcome to choose a variety of flavours, one for each tier or the same flavour for all tiers. Either way, your cake will taste divine. Should you have a favourite flavour, I will of course include this for you.

LEMON & ELDERFLOWER
Soft layers of Lemon Sponge drizzled with Elderflower Syrup
generously filled with Lemon Curd and Elderflower Swiss Meringue Buttercream

STRAWBERRY & PROSECCO
Velvety Soft Sponge infused with Prosecco Syrup
layered with Strawberry and Prosecco Italian Meringue Buttercreams

PEACH & RASPBERRY
Heavenly Vanilla Sponge infused with Peach Syrup
filled with layers of Peach and Raspberry Coulis and Swiss Meringue Buttercreams

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE FUDGE
Rich Dark Chocolate Sponge with layers of Milk Chocolate Fudge Buttercream
and White Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream

PINEAPPLE PECAN CARROT CAKE
Intensely Flavoured Carrot Cake with Crushed Pineapple, chopped Roasted Pecans,
Vine Fruits and Sweet Spices, layered with Orange Italian Meringue Buttercream

BLUEBERRY & LEMON
Limoncello infused Lemon Sponge
filled with Blueberry Italian Meringue Buttercream

EARL GREY CARAMEL
Moist Earl Grey Sponge infused with Earl Grey Syrup
filled with delicately flavoured Caramel Buttercream

CHOCOLATE GUINNESS WITH IRISH CREAM
Rich Chocolate Guinness Sponge layered with Irish Cream Buttercream

NEAPOLITAN
Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla Sponges
filled with White Chocolate Italian Meringue Buttercream

ALMOND AMARETTO
Almond Sponge infused with Amaretto Liqueur
with Vanilla Italian Meringue Buttercream and crushed Amaretti Biscuits

CHOCOLATE ORANGE
Rich Chocolate Sponge drizzled with Orange Syrup and
filled with Tangy Orange Swiss Meringue Buttercream and Milk Chocolate Chips

CLASSIC RICH FRUIT CAKE
Moist Rich Fruit Cake containing Sherry soaked Vine Fruits, Sweet Spices, Ground Almonds
and Chopped Nuts, infused with Brandy and covered in Natural Marzipan


All wedding cakes are finished with a layer of white chocolate ganache covered with an Artisan fine sugarpaste, unless otherwise specified

Moist Lemon Sponge with layers of Zingy Lemon Curd
